Whole30, 2016!

So, I’m on day six of my third time doing the Whole30, and I keep discovering new recipes and ways to put foods together…

  • Coconut crusted chicken strips from PaleoLeap
  • Beef breakfast sausage from Primal Palate:
    • 1lb beef
    • 1t Fennel
    • 1t Garlic
    • 1/2 t Sage
    • 1/2 t black pepper
    • 1/4 t cayenne
    • 1t Paprika
    • 1/2 t Salt
    • 1/4 White pepper
    • 2T Coconut oil for cooking
